At Skin Theory Aesthetics, we value your time and strive to provide the highest quality care and experience. Please review the following policies prior to your appointment.
APPOINTMENTS + CANCELLATIONS
We kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice may incur a $50 fee. This fee will be applied toward your next treatment.
No-show appointments may also be subject to this fee.
ARRIVALS
Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service or the need to reschedule in order to respect other clients’ scheduled times.
RESULTS DISCLAIMER
Results may vary from person to person and are not guaranteed. Multiple treatments may be recommended to achieve optimal results depending on your individual goals.
REFUND POLICY
All services are non-refundable. Once a treatment has been performed, no refunds will be issued.
Products purchased may be eligible for exchange if unopened and returned within a reasonable timeframe.
Prepaid services and packages are non-refundable but may be transferred at the discretion of Skin Theory Aesthetics.
PAYMENT POLICY
Payment is due at the time of service. We offer a variety of payment options, including financing through Cherry and Affirm, as well as HSA cards for eligible services.
